SANTERO PALMA SUPERIOR RUM
The production of the Santero Añejo Reserva Rum is the result of mixing aged sugar cane spirit, Rums Bases, Demineralized water and Preservatives.
Organoleptic features:
Scent and flavor: Characteristic of the degree of quality and alcoholic content declared in the label, very balanced, free of scents and strange flavors.
Aspect: Translucent, free of turbidity, particles in suspension and silts.
Color: 0.4 ± 0.1 optic density units.
Physical and chemical specifications:
Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 38 ± 0.4 Gay Lussac degrees.
Total acidity: 8 ± 6g of acetic acid for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Esters content: 18 ± 8g of ethyl acetate for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Higher alcohols content: 38 ± 20g of Higher alcohols for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Methanol: < 10g of methanol for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Format:
Boxes of 12 transparent glass bottles of 700 mL each one.
Serving suggestions: Excellent with ice as a cocktail before dinner or for enjoying straight after dinner.
