SANTERO AÑEJO BLANCO RUM
The production of de Santero Añejo Blanco Rum is the result of mixing aged sugar cane spirit, Rum Bases Fine Alcohol A, Demineralized water and preservatives.
Organoleptic features:
Scent and flavor: Characteristic of the degree of quality and alcoholic content declared in the label, very balanced, free of scents and strange flavors.
Aspect: Translucent, free of turbidity, particles in suspension and silts.
Color: 0.065 ± 0.02 optic density units.
Physical and chemical specifications:
Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 38 ± 0.4 Gay Lussac degrees.
Total acidity: 12 ± 4g of acetic acid for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Esters content: 20 ± 8g of ethyl acetate for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Higher alcohols content: 50 ± 10 g of Higher alcohols for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Methanol: < 10g of methanol for 100L of absolute alcohol.

Boxes of 12 transparent glass bottles of 700mL each one.
Boxes of 24 amber glass bottles of 350mL each one.
Serving suggestions: It is the link between cocktails and the pure tasting. It is also perfect along or with ice.
