| The production of the Santero Añejo Rum is the result of mixing aged sugar cane spirit, Rums Bases, Fine Alcohol A, Demineralized water and Preservatives. |

Scent and flavor: Characteristic of the degree of quality and alcoholic content declared in the label, very balanced, free of scents and strange flavors.
Aspect: Translucent, free of turbidity, particles in suspension and silts.
Color: 0.45 ± 0.1 optic density units. |

Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 38 ± 0.4 Gay Lussac degrees.
Total acidity: 20 ± 8g of acetic acid for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Esters content: 22 ± 10g of ethyl acetate for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Higher alcohols content: 80 ± 15g of Higher alcohols for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Methanol: < 10g of methanol for 100L of absolute alcohol. |
