SUGAR CANE SPIRIT SOLERA MULATA
Taken place by means of natural process based on the fermentation of the molasses of the sugar cane obtained of the process of production of sugar; the distillation of the ferments this way obtained and its later aging in barrels of American white oak guarantees the aroma and peculiar bouquet of this drink of high completely natural quality.
Organoleptic features:
Scent and flavor: Characteristic of the rum aged in barrels of American oak.
Aspect: Brilliant liquid in correspondence with their color, free of solids in suspension and silts.
Color: 0.7 ± 0.1 optic density units.
Physical and chemical specifications:
Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 38 ± 0.4 Gay Lussac degrees.
Total acidity: 40 ± 5g of acetic acid for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Esters content: 32 ± 8g of ethyl acetate for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Higher alcohols content: 100 ± 10g of Higher alcohols for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Methanol: < 10g of methanol for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Format:
Boxes of 6 cases with an ambar glass bottle of 750 mL.
