| The production of the Mulata Silver Dry Rum is the result of mixing aged sugar cane spirit, Fine Alcohol A and Demineralized water. |

Scent and flavor: Characteristic of the degree of quality and alcoholic content declared in the label, very balanced, free of scents and strange flavors.
Aspect: Translucent, free of turbidity, particles in suspension and silts.
Color: Colorless. |

Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 40 ± 0.2 Gay Lussac degrees.
Total acidity: 5 ± 3g of acetic acid for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Esters content: 11 ± 6g of ethyl acetate for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Higher alcohols content: 30 ± 8g of Higher alcohols for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Methanol: < 10g of methanol for 100L of absolute alcohol. |
