| The production of the Mulata Carta Blanca Rum is the result of mixing aged sugar cane spirit, Rums Bases, Fine Alcohol A, Demineralized water and Preservatives. |

Scent and flavor: Characteristic of the degree of quality and alcoholic content declared in the label, very balanced, free of scents and strange flavors.
Aspect: Translucent, free of turbidity, particles in suspension and silts.
Color: 0.065 ± 0.02 optic density units. |
| Physical and chemical specifications: |
Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 38 ± 0.4 Gay Lussac degrees.
Total acidity: 12 ± 4 g of acetic acid for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
Ésters content: 20 ± 8 g of ethyl acetate for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
Higher alcohols content: 50 ± 10 g of Higher alcohols for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
Methanol: < 10 g of methanol for 100 L of absolute alcohol. |
