SANTERO NATURAL SUGAR CANE SPIRIT
Taken place by means of natural process based on the fermentation of the molasses of the sugar cane that are obtained of the process of production of sugar; the distillation of the ferments this way obtained guarantees the aroma and peculiar bouquet of this drink of high completely natural quality.
Organoleptic features:
Scent and flavor: Very defined soft aroma of the molasses of sugar cane. Typical rum flavor, well balanced and defined.
Aspect: Brilliant and transparent liquid, free of solids in suspension and silts.
Physical and chemical specifications:
Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 40 ± 0.2 Gay Lussac degrees.
Total acidity: 2 - 8.5 g of acetic acid for 100L of absolute alcohol.
Format:
Boxes of 12 transparent glass bottles of 700mL each one.
Boxes of 24 amber glass bottles of 350mL each one.
Serving suggestions: It is the drink used to prepare the famous Cuban swigs, saoco and canchánchara when mixing it with coconut water and honey.
